Building consists of 2 floors and a third slab above for future extension possibilities. Ground Floor build on pile foundation with an area of approximately 540m2. mainly for surgeries including VIP surgeries together with X Ray room, sterilizer room, physician room, Doctors rest rooms and general office. First Floor, approximately 250m2 in extent catered for the workshop with latest equipment to be used by Japanese technicians. Directors area and conference were also located here. Though small in size, this building was design to house latest technologies and services. Ground floor was provided with a raised floor to house these services. Color scheme was selected inn a pastel range, to suit the “Sakura” concept especially requested by the Japanese.
